I have been on the phone extensively with Michelle and the experience has been awesome. Michelle has been very professional and truly understands the phrase “Life Happens,” and goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. If I could give 10 stars for the customer service I have experienced Michelle would absolutely get them.
